We will provide to you all our recommendations for the best routes you can do with our bikes based on your level of training and feeling with the bike. You can follow the gps route on your telephone by booking our phone holder or by booking our garmin gps computer for more accurate informations.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Yes! We recommend booking online to ensure the bike and size you want are available, especially during peak season.

  • You can cancel your booking with the following refund terms:

    • Up to 10 days before: 95% refund on the total amount.
    • Up to 72 hours before: 50% refund on the total amount.
    • Less than 3 days: no refund.

    In case of extreme weather, we may offer a 95% refund or rescheduling, at our discretion.

  • Weather conditions around Lake Como can vary significantly from one area to another and may change quickly throughout the day. We recommend checking a reliable local forecast rather than relying solely on your device's default weather app.

    For the most accurate forecasts, we suggest using 3B Meteo or MeteoSwiss, which generally provide better local weather information for the Lake Como region.

    It is better to see the forecast 1-2 days before, not too early. Expecially in summer the bad weather it's more common in the evening, at the end of the day.

  • We accept secure online payments via credit card and other methods through Stripe on our website.

    If it is a payment link if you are booking via email or whatsapp we will provide a Stripe link to pay.

  • For all bike rentals and guided tours, a valid photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) is required. Participants may also be asked to sign a waiver and liability release form before taking part in the activity.

Bike Rental, Bike & Hike Tours

  • Each bike comes with a Safety Kit:

    • Helmet
    • Locker
    • Front and rear lights
    • Repair kit (inner tube, levers, mini-pump or CO2

    If you need pedals we can include shimano spd-sl, spd or look. We can include also garmin mounts. It is better if you say as soon as possible, we do not guarantee that they are available in peak season.

    We have on rent phone holders, garmin, child seats and shoes. If you need bottles or Enervit integrators we have on sale.

  • Yes! At checkout, just let us know in the notes if you prefer:

    If not specified, we will mount standard flat pedals.

  • Yes. During checkout, you can select the available delivery and pickup options for your area.

    Current options include:

    • Pickup Bellagio
    • Delivery & Pickup Bellagio

    If you cannot find your location, please select "I want a delivery/pickup but I don't find my place. I want to be contacted" and we will get in touch with you to arrange a custom service and provide a quote based on the location.

    We also offer a free shuttle service within Oliveto Lario. Shuttle services outside Oliveto Lario may be available upon request and are subject to an additional charge.

    To ensure availability, delivery, pickup, and shuttle requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Yes! You can safely leave your backpack, change of clothes, or shoes at our store in Onno.

    We have also a changing room and we have the avaibility of Camping dressing rooms.

    The Ride Lake Como assumes no responsibility for lost items and goods.

  • Bikes must be used in the Lake Como area or nearby. Contact us for special requests.
