Take on our routes with gps and recommendations

We will provide to you all our recommendations for the best routes you can do with our bikes based on your level of training and feeling with the bike. You can follow the gps route on your telephone by booking our phone holder or by booking our garmin gps computer for more accurate informations.

FAQs

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Yes! We recommend booking online to ensure the bike and size you want are available, especially during peak season.

  • You can cancel your booking with the following refund terms:

    • Up to 10 days before: 95% refund on the total amount.
    • Up to 3 days before: 50% refund on the total amount.
    • Less than 3 days: no refund

    In case of extreme weather, we may offer a 95% refund or rescheduling, at our discretion.

  • We accept secure online payments via credit card (Stripe) or PayPal. If it is a payment link if you are booking via email or whatsapp we will provide a link using Sumup, which allow all the credit card payments.

Bike Rental

  • Each bike comes with a Safety Kit:

    • Helmet
    • Lock
    • Front and rear lights
    • Repair kit (inner tube, levers, mini-pump or CO2)

  • Yes! At checkout, just let us know in the notes if you prefer:

    • Shimano SPD
    • Shimano SPD-SL
    • Look Keo

    If not specified, we will mount standard flat pedals.

  • Yes! You can safely leave your backpack, change of clothes, or shoes at our store in Onno.

  • Bikes must be used in the Lake Como area or nearby. Contact us for special requests.
